Quality food, rich flavors, and a curiosity of different cuisines are what drives Michael Kogan. Raised in Brooklyn the seasoned chef graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 2005, and has been working in the fine dining scene ever Michael’s culinary journey has afforded him positions working in such celebrated restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park, Blue Hill NYC, Culinary Concepts by Jean Georges, and The Core Club where he worked under Chef Dan Kluger. Presently, Michael serves as the Banquet Chef at the iconic Tavern on the Green in Central Park.
